First Watch Service Center provides truck and trailer repair services, including but not limited to engine repair, transmission service, DPF/DEF cleaning, DOT inspections, tire and suspension repair, and towing.

Service availability may vary depending on location, technician availability, and parts. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.

2. Estimates & Pricing
We offer free estimates for repair services. All quotes are based on initial inspections and may change if additional issues are found during the repair process. Final pricing will be confirmed with the customer before work proceeds.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes, parts, and labor costs may vary.

3. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle and contact information

• Authorize all repairs before they begin

• Pay all fees in full upon completion of services

Failure to pick up your vehicle within 48 hours of service completion may result in storage fees.

4. Warranties
We stand behind our work. Some services and parts may come with manufacturer or labor warranties. Warranty details will be provided at the time of service.

Warranty coverage may be voided due to:

• Unauthorized repairs

• Accidents or misuse

• Delayed maintenance

• Pre-existing damage

• Loss of data or valuables left in the vehicle

• Delays caused by parts availability or shipping

Our facility operates 24/7, including weekends and holidays. However, service availability may depend on workload and emergencies. For immediate needs, we recommend calling ahead.

7. Towing Services

Towing is subject to availability and is provided within our local service radius. Fees may apply. We are not responsible for damage caused by third-party towing providers.
